Sim Card Serial Number

Your question is a little confusing. On Straight Talk`s red activation card, there are 2 separate numbers: the SERIAL NUMBER of the phone (also known as the IMEI, or in some cases, the MEID-DEC), and the SIM CARD NUMBER (also known as the ICCID). If you don`t have the red activation card, there are two ways to get those numbers: the easy way (if your phone still works) and the slightly more difficult way (you`ll need a magnifying glass for this if your phone doesn`t work). The EASY WAY require you to go to SETTINGS on your phone (that`s usually the app with the gear icon. Tap ABOUT PHONE.

Tap STATUS (in some of the more modern phones, you`ll also have to tap IMEI INFORMATION). Scroll down until you find the IMEI (If your phone doesn`t have that number, look for MEID-DEC instead) and ICCID. Write those numbers down. Foe the SLIGHTLY MORE DIFFICULT WAY, turn off your phone and take off the back cover and battery (with some phones (like the IPhone), the battery can`t be removed so the IMEI is written in very small print on the back of your phone). The IMEI (or if you can`t find it, the MEID-DEC) is written on a sticker under the battery. The SIM CARD NUMBER is written on the Sim Card itself (in phones where the back can`t be taken off, the Sim Card is in a slot on one of the sides of the phone.
